In short: your catalog stays yours. By default, AdNeed may show your public catalog as an example of what AdNeed can do. You can opt out any time by email or WhatsApp.

1. Ownership

AdNeed is only a showcase tool: catalogs are created by businesses themselves, and AdNeed is not responsible for what is sold or shown in them (see Terms section 2). You keep ownership of your logos, photos, product designs, descriptions and other materials, subject to third-party rights. AdNeed does not own your catalog or images. AdNeed gets only the limited licence described in the Terms (section 4) to run the service for you.

2. What AdNeed may use for showcase

Unless you opt out, AdNeed may use content from publicly published catalogs as:

product demonstrations and samples inside AdNeed's website or app;
portfolio examples, screenshots, short videos, posts and messages that show how AdNeed works.

We may show your business name, logo, photos, product names and prices as they appear in your public catalog, and we may resize or crop them to fit. We will not present your catalog as a testimonial, endorsement or review unless you separately agree, and we will not change your content in a misleading way.

3. What we do not use

Private or password-protected galleries, unless you give separate permission.
Draft, unpublished or removed content.
Content flagged for a legal complaint.
Personal ID, account or payment details.

4. No transfer of ownership

Showcase use does not transfer ownership of anything to AdNeed. It only lets us show it as described above while you have not opted out.

5. How to opt out

Email adneed.team@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 73552 31894 from your registered contact, with your catalog link and the words "opt out of showcase use". We will confirm in writing and aim to stop new uses within 7 days.

6. What an opt-out cannot reach

We will stop new uses and remove the content from our own pages, posts and sample lists where we control them. We cannot remove copies we do not control, such as screenshots taken by others, search-engine or messaging-app caches, or posts and files already shared earlier by others. We will tell you if something specific cannot be removed.
