In short: paid plans and AdCredits are generally not refundable once activated or used. We do fix billing mistakes, and your rights under Indian law are never taken away.

1. Plans and renewal

2. Cancelling

You can stop using AdNeed at any time. Since renewals are manual, simply do not renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, unless we need to end it for a breach of the Terms. To delete your account and data, email us (see Contact).

3. What happens when a plan expires

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation or use. We will, however, review and remedy requests in these cases:

We do not say "no refunds under any circumstances".

5. AdCredits

AdCredits are prepaid usage units, not money or a deposit, and they cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred. They are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law, correction of transaction mistakes (for example credits deducted or added wrongly) and any express offer terms.

6. How to ask for a refund or billing correction

Email adneed.team@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 73552 31894 with:

We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or by another way we agree with you. Your bank or payment app may take extra time.

7. Purchases from sellers

This policy covers only money paid to AdNeed for plans and AdCredits. AdNeed is a showcase tool and is not a party to purchases from sellers who use catalogs. Payments, delivery, returns and refunds for products or services ordered from a seller are handled by that seller. Please contact the seller directly on WhatsApp for those.

Nothing here limits any right or remedy you have under Indian law that cannot be waived. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the consumer forums available to you.
