In short: we collect only what we need to run your account and catalog. We do not sell your data. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. You can ask us to correct or delete your data.

1. Who is responsible

AdNeed is operated by an individual based in Uttar Pradesh, India (see Contact & Grievances). For account and catalog data we decide why and how the data is used. For information a shopper sends to a shop owner on WhatsApp when ordering from a catalog (such as name, number or address), AdNeed does not receive it. The shop owner is independently responsible for how that information is used, and shop owners must follow the privacy laws that apply to them.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Public and private information

Anything you publish in a public catalog can be seen by anyone with the link, and may be copied, shared or cached by visitors, search engines or messaging apps outside our control. Do not publish personal information you do not want public. Private or password-protected galleries are intended to be visible only to people who have the link and password. Do not share the password with people you do not trust.

5. Who we share data with

We use service providers to run AdNeed. They process data for us under their own terms and privacy practices:

The names of these providers are available on request at adneed.team@gmail.com.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a court or a government authority, or to protect rights and safety. If AdNeed adds a payment provider, we will update this policy before it starts processing payments.

6. Where data is processed

Some providers store or process data outside India. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards, and we handle cross-border processing as permitted by Indian law.

7. Browser storage

AdNeed uses browser storage and similar technology that is needed to keep you signed in, remember settings and keep a visitor's list while browsing. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools.

8. How long we keep data

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to: give you a copy or summary of your data; correct it; delete your account and data; stop showcase use of your public catalog; or withdraw a consent you gave. Email adneed.team@gmail.com from your registered email, or message +91 73552 31894 on WhatsApp. We may need to confirm who you are. We may keep some data where the law or a genuine dispute requires. Account deletion is currently handled by request, not by a button in the app.

10. Security

We use reasonable security measures, including access rules on our database. No online service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password safe. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify the people and authorities required by law.

11. Children

AdNeed is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

12. Indian law

We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in stages, and we will follow the parts that apply as they commence.

13. Complaints

Write to AdNeed Support (our Grievance Officer) using the details on the Contact & Grievances page. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, you may do so after you have used our grievance process, once that route is in force.

14. Changes

We will post updates here with a new date, and tell you in the product or by email for significant changes.
